I only went there to go for a personal record. I competed in a new weightclass. All I wanted is a great competition with no watercut or weightcut. I wanted to enjoy myself and give the 3 lifts my personal best.
I did.
attempt opening with 87.5kg - EASY and good to have a solid start
attempt mathing 92.5kg - heavy but solid
attempt 95kg a true grinder but I knew I had it in me, and I did it!

I would have never expected to stand on the podium in the best overall spot. I won my weightlass -63kg aswell as the overall IPF points making me the strongest female Bencher in Austria for 2019.
PROUND AS FUCK and happy to train for my nex competition in August - Hamm Louxembourg I will be ready. European Bench only Championship.!
