Meeting procedure:

The Meeting lasts 40-90 minutes and consists of detailed individual goal setting, looking at your previous experiences and what you have tried and experienced so far. Finding the right method for your goals, aswell as setting the sails for our success.

—> For food goals I use 4 methods that I find the most useful and we will choose the one most suitable for your lifestyle.
